Delegate Rates

We are delighted to offer a choice of delegate packages, and can provide consecutive days or weekend rates on request. All prices quoted are plus VAT.

Breakfast Meetings (7am – 9am) - £7.95 per person

Includes a full English breakfast or vegetarian option, Tea/Coffee and orange juice.

Half Day Delegate Rate (4 hrs) - £19.95 per person

A flexible alternative suitable for short presentations or seminars, starting or ending with a 2 course finger buffet lunch. Includes one serving of Tea/Coffee, orange juice and biscuits.

Day Delegate Rate (8 hrs):

• Bronze Delegate Package: £24.95 per person (minimum 8 people)
• Silver Delegate Package: £39.95 per person (minimum 8 people)
• Gold Delegate Package: £59.95 per person (minimum 8 people)

24-Hour Delegate Rate:

• Bronze 24 Delegate Package: £85.00 per person (minimum 8 people)
• Silver 24 Delegate Package: £115.00 per person (minimum 8 people)
• Gold 24 Delegate Package: £150.00 per person (minimum 8 people)

All the above rates include the following:

• Free Parking
• Hire of Meeting Room
• Pens and Paper
• Flip Chart
• Wireless broadband network

All the conference rooms can be equipped with screens, projectors and audiovisual equipment.

Syndicate breakout rooms are available subject to availability.

The use of a Fax or Photocopier is available and charged for separately if required.
