Holne Park House is a unique venue located within 90 acres of grounds and gardens at River Dart Country Park. We offer a host of events from breakfast meetings, conferences, corporate events and team building activities: to exhibitions and corporate family fun days.

We are perfectly situated to serve the whole of Devon, located just a few minutes from Ashburton and only one mile from the A38 between Exeter and Plymouth.

Corporate Events and Team Building

Holne Park House works together with CRS Adventures (based at Holne Park) to offer bespoke team building events. We understand that every client will have a different brief for their event; so whether you are looking for an event that incorporates conference facilities and practical activities or a programme of interactive activities we have the facilities, qualified instructors and experience to help you meet your objectives of the day.

We Love to be Green

We take great pride in being as green as we can. We have reduced our carbon footprint by over 80% since 2006.

• We produce our heat and power from renewable sources
• We use water from the river for our hydro-electric turbine to generate power
• Our Biomass Boiler and District Heating Scheme replaced oil/LPG boilers
• We supply our venue with green electricity
• We recycle cardboard, plastic and glass as well as composting food waste

Zero to Landfill

We are aiming for Zero to landfill! Our contractors have a state of the art sorting machine that separates all types of rubbish. All food waste will go to a local Anaerobic Digester and be used to generate green electricity.
